  • Prepare your product or service: product positioning, product comps, presentation writing, pricing, etc.;
  • Open the door to get the critical first meeting with the Buyer;
  • Help organize the first meeting once it has been scheduled;
  • Follow up with product/pricing revisions and data gaps from the meeting;
  • Determine the next steps;
  • Design product supply, and;
  • Ongoing involvement through this dynamic process which can take a few attempts.
